Platform subscription terms

Last updated: September 29, 2026. By creating or administering a company workspace, the Owner confirms authority to act for that company and accepts responsibility for authorized users, uploaded records, connected services, and subscription charges.

Trials and billing

A plan may include a limited free trial. When the trial expires, access may be restricted to billing until a subscription is activated. Recurring billing, payment methods, invoices, and cancellation are handled through Stripe.

Connected services

Optional integrations such as Gmail may be connected only by an authorized company administrator. The company is responsible for selecting an appropriate business mailbox, maintaining any required notices or permissions, reviewing imported results, and disconnecting access when it is no longer needed. Gmail access is read-only and is governed by the Privacy Notice and Google's applicable terms.

SMS terms

Suarez Transportation Operational Alerts. Drivers may opt in to recurring operational text messages by checking the optional SMS-consent box in the driver registration or profile form and providing a mobile number. Drivers receive only delivery-dispute alerts. An authorized administrator may record a saved manager contact's express SMS consent in Notification contacts and select the report categories that manager agrees to receive: driver close-out and/or missing-package report receipts. SMS is never used for marketing or promotional messages.

Message frequency varies based on operational events. A manager receipt is sent only after that manager's report email is accepted and does not contain tracking numbers, addresses, attachments, or a secure report link. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact raymondg0908@gmail.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

WhatsApp terms

Suarez Transportation Operational WhatsApp Receipts. Only a saved manager contact may receive WhatsApp messages. Before a number is enrolled, an authorized company administrator must record the manager's express WhatsApp consent, how it was obtained, and the selected receipt category: Driver Close-out and/or Missing-package. WhatsApp consent is optional, may be withdrawn at any time, and is separate from SMS consent, report-email delivery permission, and any earlier or legacy WhatsApp notification toggle. WhatsApp is never used for marketing or promotional messages.

It does not contain tracking numbers, delivery addresses, attachments, or a secure report link. WhatsApp and data charges may apply. Consent is not a condition of employment or purchase. Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to opt out, or ask an authorized company administrator to remove the WhatsApp consent in the company's notification settings.

Twilio acts as our service provider and processor solely to deliver and support WhatsApp messages on our behalf.

Acceptable use

Users must not attempt to access another company, bypass security controls, upload unlawful material, connect a mailbox without authority, or use the service to misrepresent payroll, tax, employment, delivery, or dispute records.

Company responsibility

The platform provides operational software and does not replace legal, tax, payroll, or employment advice. Each company remains responsible for reviewing automated classifications, payroll calculations, worker classification, deductions, disputes, and notices before relying on them.
