Platform subscription terms

Last updated: August 5, 2026. By creating or administering a company workspace, the Owner confirms authority to act for that company and accepts responsibility for authorized users, uploaded records, connected services, and subscription charges.

Trials and billing

A plan may include a limited free trial. When the trial expires, access may be restricted to billing until a subscription is activated. Recurring billing, payment methods, invoices, and cancellation are handled through Stripe.

Connected services

Optional integrations such as Gmail may be connected only by an authorized company administrator. The company is responsible for selecting an appropriate business mailbox, maintaining any required notices or permissions, reviewing imported results, and disconnecting access when it is no longer needed. Gmail access is read-only and is governed by the Privacy Notice and Google's applicable terms.

Acceptable use

Users must not attempt to access another company, bypass security controls, upload unlawful material, connect a mailbox without authority, or use the service to misrepresent payroll, tax, employment, delivery, or dispute records.

Company responsibility

The platform provides operational software and does not replace legal, tax, payroll, or employment advice. Each company remains responsible for reviewing automated classifications, payroll calculations, worker classification, deductions, disputes, and notices before relying on them.
